About Us
Big Hoss Bar-B-Que started as a catering business in 2005. It escalated to catering to a crowd of 1297 by the 3rd party! It was voted best BBQ in 2007,2008 and 2009. Big Hoss Bar-B-Que was voted the best caterer in 2009.
Walter Brown (owner) wanted to expand his business to cater to people on a more regular basis so along with 10 other friends built the restaurant with blood sweat and tears. They opened their doors October 9th, 2009.
The restaurant is geared towards a western settlement. This is apparent before you walk in the door. It has a lot of imaginative appeal! Each booth represents a separate store front with the helpers names honored who helped with the construction. As you walk along the footsteps and hoof marks along the floor you can go back to an era that is all it's own.

We offer Three Methods Of Delivery
Catered - Served Buffet Style With A Casual Setting
(we're talking down home heavy duty Plastic/Foam Plates and Wares).
Drop Off Delivery, and Pick-Up Orders....
Include Plastic/Foam Plates, Plastic Ware, and Serving Utensils.
Big Hoss BBQ has available, an 8x16ft. mobile food unit, custom built and furnished, for all outdoor special events for single food item sales, such as sandwiches, sausage on a stick, sausage wrap, or plates (meals) to go.
This is an all you can eat BBQ. Each customer is treated like family!
