Yoga for Warriors
This is an all levels class that is appropriate for everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. The class will be different each week and can be adapted to accommodate students with different needs. This free class is open to Military Service Members, Veterans and their spouses. Sign up through the mind body app to reserve your spot. Students must be at least 12 years of age to practice in the studio with a parent.
